At The Love With a Helping Hand, Our mission is to provide safe, supportive transitional housing and guidance for individuals reentering the community. We are committed to helping clients rebuild their lives by offering stability, resources, and encouragement as they work toward independence, personal growth, and successful reintegration into society.

Our program provides safe, structured, and supportive housing in a comfortable single-family home environment. Clients live in a community-style setting designed to promote independence, responsibility, and stability.
This program offers private-pay transitional housing, Senior Living, Sober Living for individuals seeking a stable place to live while rebuilding their lives.
House Amenities
- Clients have access to a fully furnished home with the following amenities:
- Living & Comfort
- Fully furnished living spaces
- 55–65 inch television in the living room
- Coffee table and comfortable seating
- Dining table for six people
- Outdoor patio furniture
- Bedding provided for all beds
- Kitchen Amenities
- Complete kitchen access
- Cooking utensils
- Air fryer
- Rice cooker
- Dining utensils and cookware
- Laundry
- Washer and dryer available for resident use
- Bathroom
- Showers and bathroom essentials
- Trash bins provided
- Storage
- 3-tier storage options
Safety & Security
To ensure the safety of all clients, the home includes:
- 24/7 security camera surveillance in common areas
- Digital door locks for secure access
- Cameras located in front, back, kitchen, hallways, and common areas
- Thermostat locks for controlled temperature settings
(Note: Cameras are only located in shared areas to maintain privacy.)
Program Environment
The home promotes a positive and respectful community atmosphere.
Program guidelines include:
- Alcohol and Drug-free environment
- Structured and supportive living environment
- Independent living with shared community responsibilities
Client Requirements
All clients must:
- Sign a housing contract
- Agree to the house rules and regulations
- Follow the three-strike policy for rule violations
- Sign a liability waiver form
- Follow program exit policies when applicable

Credit cards are not accepted.
